What should I do if I have not received my refund yet?Updated 2 months ago

If you have not received your refund yet, please note that we are actively working on it. Eligible refunds are processed once we receive the returned item(s) at our warehouse. Depending on your bank or credit card company's processing times, please allow 7-14 business days from the day your return is received at our warehouse for your refund to be processed. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. 

Refunds are processed to the same method of payment used to make your original purchase. If the method of payment used at the time of purchase has changed, please note that the refund will be in the form of store credit only.
