How do I make a return?Updated 2 months ago

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and in the original packaging.

Easy Online Returns/Exchanges

To initiate returns & exchanges, visit our online return portal here: Return portal 

In the portal, simply enter your order number and the email or phone number associated with your order. 

Shipping Cost for Returns/Exchanges

Inkkas offers FREE returns within 7 days of order delivery.

Inkkas also provides a FREE exchange one time per pair of shoes for all orders. Any additional exchange shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges can only be made for items currently in stock.

Refund Process

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, and you elected a refund, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds take approximately 7-14 business days to be returned to your original payment method.

If, for some reason, you are unable to use the return portal to initiate your return or exchange, or you have an unusual issue with your return, please reach out to our customer support team at help@inkkas.com and we will assist you. 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to final sale or other issues. These items will be clearly marked on the product page and/or at checkout.
