If the shoes you received do not fit well, you can initiate the return or exchange process by clicking here: Return portal. 

Ensure that the shoes are unworn and in their original packaging to be eligible. 

Once the return is received at our warehouse, we'll process the exchange or refund and send you a tracking email with your new order details. If you experience any issues, feel free to reach out for assistance.
